Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time:

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Custom or handmade items may take up to 7–10 business days to prepare.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

• Domestic Standard Shipping: Flat rate. Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days.

• Domestic Express Shipping: Flat rate. Estimated delivery: 1-3 business days

• International Shipping: Rates vary by destination. Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days. (Currently only shipping to the US)

3. Parcel damage or misplacement:

• With standard Australia Post, we are not responsible for any parcels being lost, misplaced or damaged during postage.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (for international orders):

• Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Delays due to customs are beyond our control.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

• Earrings, custom pieces, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

• Items will only be returned for a store credit, not a refund.

2. How to Initiate a Return:

• Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

• We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.

3. Store Credits:

• Store credits will be issued with a personal discount code within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

4. Exchanges:

• Exchanges are processed as a new order. Return your original item, and a replacement will be sent upon availability.
